Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we offer product exchanges only within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange without providing a reason, provided that:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in perfect condition.
  
• The product is returned in its original packaging.
  
• A valid proof of purchase or invoice is provided.
  

Products can be exchanged for another item of equal value. If you wish to select a product of higher value, you may do so by paying the price difference.

Shipping Costs

• The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
  
• The shipping cost for the replacement product is also borne by the customer.
  
• If, after inspection, the product is found to be defective or an incorrect item was sent due to our error, all return and reshipping costs are covered by us.
  

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where the return is due to our error, such as:

• A defective product
  
• An incorrect item shipped
  

Refunds are processed within 10 days from the date we receive and inspect the returned product and are issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

Exchanges are not accepted for:

• Products that have been used or are not in perfect condition.
• Made-to-order or customized items.
