Our Return & Exchange Policy

Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange a product, the following terms apply:

1. Right of Return

Customers have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason.

2. Return / Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, without damage or signs of use.
  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only with the original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase or invoice is required.

3. Return or Exchange Procedure

  • Contact us at contact@thevbrand.com or +30 697 226 5507 to notify us of your intention.
  • Specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another product of the same value.
  • Refunds are issued only in case of our error.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
  • If, after inspection, the product is found to be defective or the wrong item was sent, all return/shipping costs for the new product are covered by us (refunded to your account).
  • If you wish to exchange a product and it is not our mistake, all shipping costs are your responsibility.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 10 days from the receipt and inspection of the product.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used in the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exceptions

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or are not in perfect condition.
  • Items that are made-to-order or customized.
Shipping Information

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Within Greece: 2–5 business days
  • Islands and remote areas: 3–7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress.
